Am I Under Surveillance ("the Site") shows estimates based on publicly available, crowdsourced data, including © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL) and contributions made through DeFlock. That data may be incomplete, outdated, misplaced or wrong. Many cameras, including mobile, vehicle-mounted and commercial license-plate readers, are not mapped at all.

The Site cannot and does not determine whether any person or vehicle is being tracked, recorded, searched, flagged or identified, or what any agency or company does with its data. Scores and counts are illustrative statistics, not facts about you.
